Bloomberry is a medium-roast blend suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. This time, we used Ethiopia Haru Suke Natural Process beans in the blend, resulting in a sweet and juicy strawberry aroma and flavor. We also detected a distinct honey aroma, followed by floral notes. This coffee has a creamy mouthfeel and a long-lasting sweet aftertaste.
